2. I’m looking into the next crisis decline in Venezuelan crude revenues. State oil company PDVSA is once again unable to pre-finance shipments.
3. I’m analyzing expected increases in biofuel usage. According to latest figures, the global move through 2024 will provide biofuels an increase of about 25%. Two-thirds of production during the period will be in North America; but 60% of rising usage will be Asian.
